We think you will love our products as much as we do, so we offer you a guarantee. If you are
unhappy with your purchase or it is damaged in any way, you may return it to us unused and
in the same condition that you received it. Burned candles are not eligible for returns. You
have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it to be eligible for refunds.

If you believe an item was damaged in transit, contact us at maadebytiff@yahoo.com within 3
days of receiving item, include a photo of your damaged item and we’ll work to make it right!
